Another beautifull day in paradise..

..and California is just that. Hump Day, half way through the week we are.

Today is suppost to be in the 80's. I am planning on going for a long long drive somewhere fun today. Sitting here looking at the sun in my garden, so beautifull.

I am soooOo going crazy. I have eliminated salt from my diat as well as most fats and sugars. I think it's the hardest thing i have ever put my mind to. EVERYTHING has fat and sugar and salt in it. Even gummy bears are bad for ya. Even yogurt has too much sugar in it. Even banannas have too much carbs in them. As a woman i am reduced to drinking water and dry cheerios, lol. << ok, so i do eat more then that, but not much more. It's nice to look down and not see that tummy buldge anymore. :P

Ok, must get a move on, the sun is awaiting my arrival.
